Hi there folks, Tom Robb here and welcome to Party With A Plan. This idea stems from a love of helping people and preserving place. So what were doing is throwing a one-day music festival on the 29th of April. The cost is 30 dollars with the option of paying more if you wish. It’s BYO food and drink and all the profits go to both environmental causes and charity services. The organizations we choose works kind of like the burger joint Grilled. This means that in the next couple of weeks I’ll be posting up a few worthy charity’s and environmental programs with a little scope on each one and you get to chose which one you like the most. Whichever 2 organizations get the most likes will be where we donate the profits. Party With A Plan is also a platform for people to share their knowledge and ideas on the two topics. What this means is that rather than just donating to the cause you’re also being educated as to how we can fix the problem minimizing it’s effects in the first place. Finally, and I think this is super rad, everything is filmed, from the bands to the people and then finally the transaction. This means that you can sit down a week after the festival and watch a short video on how much fun we all had followed by exactly where your money went! The location will be somewhere on the outskirts of Geelong. We have a few different options to choose from however it all depends on how big this thing gets so once we have some numbers locked in we can let everyone know where it’s at. The artists thus far are Bill Barber, Tommy Castles, Patty C and potentially Jack The Fox with space for a few more. I’d love to have this thing get massive so please give it a share and help make this one of the sickest parties ever. Together we can make a difference. Hope to see you all there! Cheers.
